We are calling a Special AGM to consider updates to our Constitution, and we are pleased to host two highly respected guest speakers who will bring valuable insight into the Dunedin property and lending landscape.

Warwick Reid Is fully experienced in providing a comprehensive range of valuations in residential, investment properties, and lifestyle blocks within the city.

Warwick graduated from Lincoln College in 1983 with a BCom (Ag) degree.

He then joined the Valuation Department for five years and became registered in 1988 and it is in this time he gained extensive knowledge of the city and property values.

Later, Warwick decided to go on his own and established Dunedin Valuations Ltd on 23rd of May 1993.

Brian Greer is a Director and Mortgage Adviser based in Dunedin for Loan Market. He has many years of experience in home lending and finance advice, helping clients secure suitable mortgage solutions from a broad range of banks and lenders.

He leads the Loan Market Dunedin team and works with clients to navigate the home loan process from application through settlement.
